HOW DO I ETURN MY ORDER?
At Converse, your satisfaction is our priority! That’s why we strive to offer you an easy returns process, so you can return any products you wish.
Your purchases from Converse.gr can be returned within 14 days from the date of receipt or within 30 days from the purchase date.
To ensure that your return is accepted, please make sure that:
- The products have not been worn
- They are in their original packaging (shoe box)
- They still have their original tags attached.
WAYS TO RETURN
To initiate a return request for your order, you can do so either:
- Through your account, under the "My Orders" section, or
- Through the following link: Start A Return process
Simply enter your Order ID and the email associated with your order, select the products you wish to return, and follow the steps.

Note: If you choose to return your package using a different courier service than the one recommended, shipping costs will be covered by the customer.
REFUNDS
What is the refund process?
After we receive and process the return of your order, you will receive an email notification.
The refund will be completed through the original payment method used for your order, within 5 business days.
More Info:
- For card payments: The funds will be credited back to the same card.
- For IRIS payments: The funds will be refunded either to the same account or an IBAN account (the IBAN holder must match the purchasing details).
- For Klarna payments: The funds will be returned to the same Klarna account.
- For Bank Transfer payments: The funds will be returned to a bank account (the IBAN holder must match the purchasing details).
- For Cash on Delivery payments: The funds will be returned to a bank account (the IBAN holder must match the purchasing details).
- For payments with a gift card/Converse credit: New store credit will be issued, equivalent to the value of the returned products.
- For products received as a gift from a third party: Credit of equal value to the return will be issued.

The refund processing time starts from the day we receive your return.
Please note that the time it takes to receive your order may increase during high-traffic periods (such as official sales season or Black Friday) or due to circumstances beyond our control.
Can I return a gift item?
Certainly. You may return part or all of the order you received as a gift after contacting us for guidance on the return process.
Do I need to pay for the return shipping costs of my order?
We cover the cost of your return if you use the courier company we partner with. Each order is eligible for one free return; any additional returns will incur shipping fees. We do not cover the cost of returns with any other courier service you may choose.
Return shipping from Cyprus carries a fee of €10.
