  • User Registration: At the time of your registration on the site, we collect your personal information, using the form available in the "My Account" section. Converse collects in this way and with your consent your first name, last name, email address, gender, mobile phone and date of birth.
  • Online Order: When placing an order, we collect personal information using the form available in the Checkout section. In this context and relying on the rights and obligations from the contractual relationship between us, we collect in addition to the data collected during your registration: your address (delivery and billing, if it is different) and your phone (landline and mobile number).

Finally, when you browse Converse.gr, servers automatically recognize your computer's IP address (the numerical Internet address assigned to each computer on a network. The IP address has the following format: 192.158.1.38).

The data we collect that is necessary to be able to respond to your inquiries or your order is marked with an asterisk on the data collection forms. If you do not fill in the mandatory information, you will not be able to complete your transaction.

The personal information we collect from you every time you visit the site or place an order is necessary for the overall management of your request., or of your order by Converse and its additional providers (such as courier companies).
