How do I find the right size and fit?

At Converse, it's all about finding the perfect fit for you. That's why we provide tools to help you determine the right size, so you feel as confident and as great as you look your new sneakers and clothes. MEASURE YOUR FEET

Converse sizing is unique and specially designed for sneakers. While Converse Standard Sneakers are expected to fit true to your size, be sure to use the size chart where you can find in each product page to ensure the proper selection and enjoy a comfortable fit when you receive your new sneaker or apparel. Before you start measuring, measure with the type of socks you will wear with your sneakers. We recommend measuring feet in the afternoon, as feet usually swell during the day.

STEP 1
Stand up straight on a hard surface with your heel against the wall and a piece of blank paper taped to the floor, flush against the wall beneath your foot.

STEP 2
Enlist the help of a friend to mark the longest part of your foot (referred to as heel-to-toe length) on the paper with a pen or pencil – or measure yourself if necessary. Repeat with the other foot, as sizing may vary. (Your feet are sisters, not twins.)

STEP 3
Use a ruler to measure the heel-to-toe length marked for each foot.

How can I find replacement laces for my Converse?

Replacement laces can be found at all authorized retail stores and at Converse.gr. Converse laces are offered in a variety of colors and styles for men, women and kids.

How do I clean my Converse?

For best results, we recommend cleaning your Converse sneakers immediately after exposing them to dirt or stains. Before you begin, test the cleaning process on a hidden section of the sneaker, such as the outer edges of the tongue. This ensures that your cleaning solution will not affect the color or material.

TO CLEAN CANVAS, LEATHER/SYNTHETIC SNEAKERS:
First, remove any excess dirt before cleaning the outsole. Once removed, use a damp cloth and a mix of lukewarm water with a mild soap to gently rub the sneaker in the affected areas. When you’re satisfied with the results, air dry your shoes at room temperature.
TO CLEAN SUEDE SNEAKERS:
Due to the type of material suede consists of, we do not recommend using water in the cleaning process. Instead, remove excess dirt with a suede brush.
TO DRY SNEAKERS:
Regardless of which style of Converse you’re cleaning, we suggest allowing your sneakers to air dry at room temperature. Stuff cleaned shoes with white paper to maintain the shape, occasionally changing the paper throughout the drying process. To prolong the life of your sneakers, do not apply direct heat.
